Cappuccino's

A fantastic coffee and espresso bar plus pastry shop featuring gourmet coffees from around the world, cappuccino, café latte, espresso, biscotti, fresh baked pastries and chocolates. Open 8am-10pm Sunday to Thursday, 8am-12 Midnight Saturday and Sunday. Located on the 2nd floor at the site of the former Gatsby's Lounge.

 

Caruso's

Features fine traditional and contemporary Italian specialties in a magnificent countryside setting. Menu features specialties such as Chicken Francese with Shrimp, Langoustines in Lemon and Braciola Napolitan Style. Open 6-11pm Wednesday to Saturday for dinner. 

 

The Sterling Brunch 

Critically-acclaimed Sunday brunch at Caruso's, featuring Australian rack of lamb, fresh smoked salmon, Washington state Skokum oysters, Maine lobster tails and Taittinger champagne. Seven extraordinary live cooking stations await, including caviar, sushi, dim sum, pasta, chef's specialties, omelets, hand-carved meats and fish, and desserts. Open 10am-3pm Sunday. Prix Fixe $50.00 per person (includes tax).

 

Cornucopia Buffet 

Located on the 2nd floor of the new hotel tower. The Cornucopia Buffet's famous Surf & Turf Buffet features Atlantic City's grandest variety of delicious all-you-can-eat specialties including steamed clams, fried shrimp, fresh fish, mouthwatering u-peel shrimp, hand-carved roast beef and turkey, and rotisserie chicken. Surf & Turf available at $14.95 per person 11am-10pm Sunday to Friday, and 11am-11pm Saturday.  Now open daily for breakfast featuring eggs and omelets cooked to order, breakfast served 8-11am, $9.95 Monday to Friday, $11.95 Saturday and Sunday.

 

Cornucopia Café 

Located on the 2nd floor, the Cornucopia Café is great for casual dining and features a complete breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack menu 24 hours daily. In addition to fantastic menu items ranging from a light snack, omelets, prime rib, seafood and decadent desserts, the Café offers a breathtaking ocean view as a complement to its friendly atmosphere. The café also features an exclusive section decorated in an Oriental motif offering the finest in Mandarin, Hunan, Szechuan and Cantonese cuisine. Open daily for lunch 12pm-5pm, for dinner 5pm-1am, and our noodle bar is open 24 hours.

 

Peregrines' 

Named for the peregrine falcons that make the Hilton's penthouse ledge their annual summer home, this Five-Star gourmet restaurant features ever changing Degustation and a la carte menus. Selections include Belon oysters from France, truffles from Belgium, quinoa grain from the Indies, and spices from around the world. Open 6-11pm Thursday to Sunday for dinner. Prix fixe menu $90 includes five courses with four glasses of wine chosen to perfectly complement each course ($60 without wines).

 

The Oaks Steakhouse 

An elegant steak and seafood dining room featuring prime meats and the freshest seafood available. Selections include porterhouse steaks, prime rib, filet mignon, as well as a wide variety of fresh fish and seafood. Open 6-11pm Friday to Tuesday for dinner.
